Last updated: 16 October 2026. This notice describes the current local-first design. The service operator must publish verified controller and contact details before public release.

Farm records

Core farm and pilot records are designed to remain in your browser unless you choose to export or share them. Clearing browser data may delete these records. Export files remain under your control.

AI features

When you use online AI chat or crop photo analysis, your submitted text or photo is transmitted to the application backend and an external AI service provider to generate a response. Do not include names, faces, exact locations or other personal information in photos. Provider retention and international transfer arrangements must be verified before production use.

Research participation

Pilot participation is optional and separate from ordinary farm use. Consult the pilot consent screen for withdrawal and deletion controls. Do not share identifiable research exports without permission.

Your choices

You may decline AI photo uploads and continue using offline guidance. Privacy access, correction, deletion and complaint procedures will be published after the service operator verifies the responsible contact and processing arrangements.

This is an interim transparency notice, not a certification of legal compliance.
